          Jumbo Gulf Shrimp sautéed to perfection; swimming in a traditional Rosemary-garlic butter sauce.

Shrimp Cocktail

         Gulf Shrimp seasoned and boiled until tender then placed on a bed of shredded lettuce and served with a tangy cocktail sauce.

Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

          Large Mushroom caps stuffed with our homemade seafood stuffing; fried to perfection topped with Creolaise sauce.

Seafood Au Gratin

         Crabmeat, crawfish, and shrimp baked in a white cheese cream sauce with melted cheddar cheese and served with hot bread.

Fried Eggplant Marina

        Crispy fried eggplant sticks sprinkled with parmesan cheese and served with a homemade Marina dipping sauce.
