Trout Florentine

            Filet of Louisiana Speckled trout broiled until firm, place on a bed of Cream Spinach topped with melted Pepper Jack cheese. Served with Louisiana rice.

Grilled Gulf Fish with Crabmeat

            A filet of Louisiana Gulf fish grilled then topped with Lump crabmeat and sautéed Artichoke Hearts. Served with french fries.
